David Haymes replaced Nick Rushe early in NIN as a keyboardist. He was preceded by Lee Mars, and then later James Woolley. He had a wacky hairdo, looking more like a nin guitarist (they tend to have wacky hairdos). He looked like a gay version of the Beaver.
