This may relate to biblical passages:

These dates could be a phone number, or manipulated to find the next clue.
Another way to look at the numbers is that .38 to .45 is a reference to gun calibers, and not religion. Suggesting TheWarden wants them to amp up the damage.
The dates given by soonerlater about his mothers death may link to the fact that on the 19th of April 1995 a truck bomb at Federal Building in Oklahoma City exploded, killing 168 in an anti-government movement. It seems to fit the motive of the thread, make art not war.
