Cover Art
Rob Sheridan posted info about his design process, as well as alternate versions of the art, to his Instagram account[1][2]:
This is the uncropped cover of Nine Inch Nails' "The Hand That Feeds" 2005 single. Created with damaged scanner glitching techniques, and hand-drawn digital pixel linework. The digital lines that ran throughout the With Teeth aesthetic were inspired by low-res scientific graphs and data imagery, but for this piece I took them in a topographical direction very much inspired by Joy Division’s iconic Unknown Pleasures album cover.
Alternate/promo artwork for Nine Inch Nails' "The Hand That Feeds," 2005. Created with glitched scanner textures, scientific data imagery, and custom manual glitching techniques. From a wealth of experiments that made up the large body of artwork surrounding the With Teeth release.
The red cover was never used for the single, and was later re-purposed for the Only promo art.
