The Null Corporation is the record label and record company created and owned by Trent Reznor in 2008 in the wake of Nine Inch Nails leaving Interscope Records. The label is only associated with projects involving Reznor.

The Null Corporation, as a record company, owns and administers rights for Nine Inch Nails releases and early How To Destroy Angels releases (later HTDA releases were owned by HTDA, LLC). In 2010, a separate company called The Null Corporation II was created to administer rights associated with soundtrack work.

As a record label, The Null Corporation sometimes self-releases material, such as The Slip and Mid90s (Original Music From The Motion Picture). In order to better access global markets, it has entered into distribution agreements with larger record labels, such as Columbia Records for Hesitation Marks, or Capitol Records for more recent Nine Inch Nails releases. In other cases, it licenses content from the rights holders, as was the case for the Bird Box Extended Version. It also participates in joint releases with other labels and rights holders, such as with the Quake Soundtrack.
