Notes

Nine Inch Nails played before Metallica. Trent Reznor said: "I noticed that we're playing before Metallica. Are there Metallica-fans in here?" (crowd noise from their fans). Trent continued: "Don't worry. We won't be on very long. But we'll make lots of noise to piss you off. Okay?".
