Notes

According to an interview in Mondo 2000 magazine, during this show, Trent Reznor poured chocolate syrup all over Richard Patrick.[1]

According to a person who filmed a portion of this show, it was not originally part of the tour. The show from the night before had sold out and the second night was added in response.[2]
