I don't think so, either. That looks like a lot of explanation. It's good to have something there, but that's probably too much. The reference to the Wikipedia entry for The Stand is nice and would allow readers to find out more if they want to. --Tsguitar 15:23, 26 February 2007 (PST)
And strangely no mention of the ending of the story, where The Hand of God descends from the sky to prematurely detonate the nuclear warhead the Antichrist character is preparing to launch.
