The Water Turned to Blood (http://www.thewaterturnedtoblood.net/) is a web site in the World of Year Zero. The site displays some Biblical text, as well as hidden links to password forms.
The password was obtained by finding the source of a bible passage (King James translation) quoted by John in Appendix 3 of his psychological report. The quote reads:
- For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Entering in the correct password (Ephesians 6:12) would lead you to the bridge.html page.
Discovery
The time counter on the Survivalism video hid a few letters, which, when rearranged, form The Water Turned To Blood. The video also contains five visible Bible references, John 19:34 ("But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.") Exodus 7:21 ("And the fish that [was] in the river died; and the river stank, and the Egyptians could not drink of the water of the river; and there was blood throughout all the land of Egypt."), Isaiah 15:9 (For the waters of Dimon shall be full of blood: for I will bring more upon Dimon, lions upon him that escapeth of Moab, and upon the remnant of the land), II Kings 3:22 ("And they rose up early in the morning, and the sun shone upon the water, and the Moabites saw the water on the other side [as] red as blood:") which can be interpreted as referring to this site.

The author of the website calls himself "John of Boston". He was with his daughter on the Zakim Bridge at the time the river water turned red. There was an accident on the bridge that pushed his car into the water. He could not save his daughter and had a religious experience while in the water, claiming to have seen The Presence. John then started preaching to people about his experience and began to get a pretty big following. He was arrested and was released on bail for conducting an unapproved crowd of more than 20 people. While out on bail, he was arrested again for the same crime. The officers allowed him to finish preaching for fear of a riot. He was put into Judson Ogram Correctional Facility for his crime. Dr. Gantry seems to be a possible follower of John as he tries to tell him that if John doesn't publicly repent on his preachings, he will be killed. He showed some sort of interest in Dr. Gantry's partner, Francesca, and it is suggested he is projecting her as a surrogate for his daughter[1].
John is prescribed Flupentixol, an antipsychotic that lasts up to 4 weeks from a single injection. His prescribed dosage, however, is 20mg every 10 days.
The bridge in the picture is just outside of Edinburgh in Scotland(U.K.). It is the Forth Rail bridge.
