Subtitles
Wikipedia says [1]: "Where subtitle punctuation is unclear (e.g. because the subtitle is given on a separate line on the cover or a poster), use a colon and a space, not a dash, comma, or other punctuation, to separate the title elements."
The Chicago Manual of Style says (8.163): "If title and subtitle on a title page are distinguished by typeface alone, a colon must be added when referring to the full title."
Discogs says [2]: "If the release doesn't have its own separators, please use parentheses. Example: Title (Subtitle)."
