I know I'll catch flak for this, but would anyone agree the lyrics may or may not suggest Reznor is commenting on his change of style, starting with ''With_Teeth'', towards a less overtly aggressive musical style that will forever be attributed to ''The Downward Spiral''? I know many fans have criticized his new direction and to me, Reznor's "Discipline" sounds like a musing on his own music. ::I see your point and it makes sense, but I really don't think the music is any less aggressive as it was on previous releases, but rather a different approach. As far the the subject matter of the song, only Trent can tell us what it's really about. [[User:Aeontriad|Aeontriad]]
