Wikipedia says [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Titles_of_works#Punctuation]: "Where subtitle punctuation is unclear (e.g. because the subtitle is given on a separate line on the cover or a poster), use a colon and a space, not a dash, comma, or other punctuation, to separate the title elements."

The Chicago Manual of Style says (8.163): "If title and subtitle on a title page are distinguished by typeface alone, a colon must be added when referring to the full title."

Discogs says [https://support.discogs.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005054813-Database-Guidelines-3-Title#Title]: "If the release doesn't have its own separators, please use parentheses. Example: Title (Subtitle)."
